A former grain-drying attic, renovated in 2022 while keeping its soul: every wooden beam is original, dating back to the 1700s.
The loft occupies the top floor of a typical Bolognese building with only two units, with a semi-independent entrance up a short flight of stairs. Windows facing the old Chiesetta degli Angeli bring in light and a rare quiet for the historic centre.
